We have spent 3 days in apartment with good beds, great views plus basic facilities. The location was fabulous central and perfect, in the centre of Datcha. Had tea and goodies at Carafe Coffee Roasters, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The location was excellent: a bakery and a mini market were within walking distance. There were good beds and an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a work desk inside the room.

We only stayed 3 nights but really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. We stayed in an apartment and although we ate out, it was very well equipped and very clean and well looked after. We hope to return next year, staying a little longer.
It would have been nice to have had a restaurant and bar in the hotel, but this was not important as plenty of restaurants etc. close by.

The hotel is situated in a previleged location just in front of the sea. A simply wonderful view of the sea and surroundings. The room was spacious and faily clean.
I had some problems paying at the end of stay. Some of the staff did not speak english so sometimes communication was a bit hard. Some info on the restaurants nearby the hotel: avoid eating on the restaurants who offer tables just beside the sea, especially Dutdibi and Husnunun Yeri, we had a very unpleasant experience with these two. Good places to go and eat or drink with a good friendly service, and fair prices: Imren Restaurant and Mambocino.

Staff was really open to help us in every way, although not all of them speak English. Great position, amazing beaches can be reached by car.
No lift available. Room cleaning could be increased in terms of frequency and quality. The living room furniture needs some renovation. The room looking on the harbour have a better view than the ones on the yard

Rooms were ultra clean and ridiculously spacious. View was awesome.
First two nights in a room with no airconditioning and then changed rooms and all was very good. Told I booked a room without aircon. News to me! In any case, for a hotel that claims to be in the middle/upper range in June, July, August and September, all rooms MUST have airconditioning - the weather is just too hot to not. Management needs to rectify this for next year. No criticism of the young Turkish male staff members who tried their best but there must be somebody around who can speak a little English. Had to phone everytime I had a query.

Convenient parking spot near the water. Walkable to stalls, playground, coffeeshop, and ice salon. No breakfast but plenty of nearby options. Booked loft with great bay view. Closed off bedroom for privacy. Enjoyed walking along the seaside and dining on the sand. Relaxing and peaceful stay. 😊

Excellent location - right at the beach. Good size room with fridge, aircin and tv.
We specifically booked a room with a balcony and sea view as we like to sit and have a drink overlooking the view. We were on the top floor and the balconies had high walls so when seated, the balcony wall is higher than you are. We realise this is for safety for children but was a little disappointing for us.

The hotel was at a lovely location. We stayed at the room with a sea view balcony which made it even better.

The room was spacious with a balcony and sea views, providing a lovely atmosphere. The location was excellent, with coffee and gelato shops as neighbors, and we were within walking distance of mini markets, bakeries, and pharmacies. The owner was available to address any issues, and the quality of the mattress and supplied duvets made for a comfortable stay.
The lack of hot water in the winter and the chilly living room area were disappointing, as it affected our ability to take showers and enjoy the space.
